Emotional Support Program

The East Coventry Elementary School Emotional Support Program provides specialized support for special education students from all of the district’s elementary schools. Our program is designed to help students build the skills they need to be successful both academically and socially within the school environment.

Program staff use proven, research-based methods to proactively teach coping strategies that help students recognize and regulate their emotions. Through structured support, positive relationships, and consistent guidance, students develop the tools they need to manage challenges, build confidence, and grow as members of the school community.
